It's a important event for all students when they have to say "goodbye" to the school where they are in after at least three years. (positively, this is for them who get succeded in their study).

then, how about Indonesia graduating students?
I'm sure for those who had passed this event for several times knew it very very very well (including me). (if i'm not mistaken) Like screaming, crying, riding around the street with your gank, scrawling on your own clothes are common things for us (but it doesn't happen on univerisity level, for sure dah). The feeling of getting freedom after studying so long is quite "crazy"./

now let's move to Japan. What kind of graduation they have?
actually, graduation in Japan is celebrated in such formal ceremony.
Yeah.. the graduating students, younger students, and families of the graduating students are gathered in a hall (usually). They will sit facing a stage that has been prepared for that day.
Each student walks up onto the stage when his or her name is called, bows once, receives a certificate with both hands, bows once more, and then sits back down (common scene on dorama or anime/manga, rite??!). But there are schools where the students just shake hands with the principal instead of bowing.

Not only that,
the ceremony also includes a farewell address by a representative of the younger classes, a return address on behalf of the graduating class, and singing. The singing heightens the farewell mood, and sniffles are heard here and there among the graduating students and their families (Owwhh... so sad and touching).

yeah.. i also faced that situation a couple of years ago.
when i was graduated from senior high school.
it's kinda different with the situation in our country.
as you mentioned above, we sometimes become hyperbolical.
even myself.. sometimes can't control the situations..
to be honest, i hate this kind of situation..
anyways, i really wanna go to study in Japan
when does my turn come? *confused*
